At present, Dr. Bailey does not participate on any insurance panels. However, should your have out-of-network coverage through your insurance, a receipt for services will be made available so that you can submit it for reimbursement. 

Also, sliding scale fees are available and Dr. Bailey will do her best to accomodate your treatment and financial needs.  Should you be interested in this option, please let Dr. Bailey know and she will discuss your individual circumstances with you.

Please note that clients will be responsible for the full fee in the event of a missed or cancelled appointment with less than 24 hours notice.  Fees are due at the time of service in the form credit card, check or cash.  Accepted credit cards are: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex.
