Dr. Bailey conducts comprehensive expert evaluations on issues related to immigration, including 

• Cancellations of removal
• Asylum (ethnic, political and religious persecution; torture; abuse of people related to sexuality, and others)
• Violence/abuse of immigrant spouses (VAWA)
• Citizenship exam waivers (N-648)
• Victims of crime (VOC)

Evaluations may be conducted in English, as well as Spanish.
